I know there will be discounted properties in the pipeline, a tsunami of foreclosures are inevitable since the majority of the cities population is based off tourism, but for her to begin school in a new city, that would be a long term commitment and we don't see Las Vegas being the secure choice it once was.That's why my wife expressed she wants to help in the "family business", she wants to get her RE licence, and with that can work as an agent, focus on marketing and acquisitions, and maybe down the road go back to nursing school.

Tourism from the UK and Ireland is not yet so developed as Egypt is just a little too far for the budget airlines to be interested in the market, meaning that it is relatively expensive to fly to Egypt from there, although there are an increasing number of charter flights to the Red Sea Resorts.

I think there is an opportunity there to rent short term to tourists.Speaking of tourists, surfers flock from all around the world to the west side (the best side) to surf the majestic waves at Jobos, Survival, Wilderness, Middles and other famous local surf spots in surfing contests hosted by Corona and other companies, so there is definitely an opportunity to capitalize on tourism

Some say this is too unstable, which I agree with, but this also gets you a much higher ROI if you do it well.I think Valencia offers tourism all year round while Alicante strongly depends on the seasons.
