How to use Facebook business page for your real estate investing business

I can certainly see the benefits of say, a real estate agent of getting in FB. But for a real estate investing company I am not sure I can see the strategic use of FB business pages.

I have gone ahead and created a FB business page for my company but I would like to see how others are using FB to improve their business, services, offerings, etc.
