Become a part time real estate agent and find the deals / sell the houses while he oversees the projects.Sounds like the natural progression to me but it requires that you live in the same area.

We are up to 44 units right now but know that in order to grow at the rate that we want to, we are going to accept investors as a part of our apartment equation.We already have investors for our houses so this feels like a natural progression.

Randy,I will be interested to see what other responses you get.I guess the basics would be as a 'con' is that you would then need to worry about 'cash flow' compared to having it free and clear.The 'pro' would be that you could leverage those funds more progressively.
