Hi I'm Armaity

Recently moved to Montreal as a Canadian Permanent Resident. Ex-Banker from India, lived in Dubai for 21 years

Looking to get started in Real Estate in N America and build passive income. Initially looking at lease options (Single family) and Multi-family buy and hold. Hope to get to commercial properties in a few years. Feel lucky to have found your site - there's an amazing wealth of information here! Seeking to connect with the Real Estate community and investors in Montreal area initially, but am also open to look at good deals anywhere.
