Has anyone used this site yet? They're claiming they pull all of their information from the MLS. According to their site, they are not in my area but when I made the suggestion to move into the Omaha, NE area. One of the engineers sent me an e-mail saying they were in the Omaha, NE area. Now if this site is "legit" and is pulling all of it's information from MLS, $99 a month sounds like a good deal for non-realtor access to the MLS.

I feel this sight is a BIG work in progress. I find it is good for searching the market for property but that's about it. All the other bells and whistles are very broad stroke and not very useful.
At first they were responsive but know they must be tired of my questions because I don't hear back from them.
It would be invaluable if it worked as promised.
