I've inspired people to start looking into Real Estate based off my Youtube page.  

Interesting (to me) how the keyword 'abandoned' lead me to this thread.RDPD has inspired many people to become real estate investors.

Therefore I was thinking to operate 1 of the 3 rental units as a vacation home (inspired by last week's amazing podcast) aiming to keep the unit occupied enough to generate a similar or even higher income to the other two long-term units.Does anyone here have, or have had a similar set-up, and would like to share their experiences with me?

Reading posts in this thread is very inspiring...I am brand new to this world...and want to move to the 10% who actually take action!  

I mainly wanted to hear other people's first investment stories so I could get some inspiration. :) This site and the forums have taught me a lot already but I have some more I need to learn!

As an inspiring real estate investor, I would love to hear from some successful investors.

There will always be ups and downs but I now know I will get through and in my personal life I will be happy.Every time I've been knocked down those words always inspire me. 

But something strange would happen that could best be described as a genuine exchange.

ALL OF THOSE ARE ILLEGAL but in my opinion probably more likely to happen in the situation posted above...I am curious however to what the answer is @Dave Salcido or atleast the answer you had in mind when you posted i know you said something with same title equity share etc... leaving out the detail to inspire creative thinking but for some reason my creative thinking is just leading to the owner not cooperating or willing to save there credit if they can't manage the payments anyways... or was this just a trick question and my answer is the one your looking for?

I'd like to make some genuine connections to make this a reality.
