Looking for a trusted bookkeeper in the DE area.

I am still in the process of figuring out the exact markets I want to target in on but right now I'm leaning toward the Philadelphia/Delaware area.

I also let myself get snagged on the fact I'm a good house on the only cul-de-sac with the most expensive homes in the area at the moment.

You can do a 10% down on a second home property (pied de terres or vacation homes), that can be an income property also.
