Hi everyone. My name is Oscar Holton. I've signed up about a year ago but now I want to submerge myself into real estate and connect with others.

I currently live in Delaware moving from Philadelphia PA. I know the Philly market now I'm learning my area in DE. I made a couple attempts in wholesaling with no success. I want to start learning about the flipping game. I'm here to get the knowledge that I'm missing and to be steered in the right direction. I also want to be assistance to others when I learned the ropes and have build a profolio.
