We've had short supply of homes for years now and the historically low interest rates (which dropped well below 3% for the first time in more than half a century,) combined with low supply of homes and high demand all explain the significant price increases we've seen in this season.

I'm working with Century National Bank, who just became part of Park National bank.

Doctrine was put in place after the 1066 Norman invasion so that old Saxon Lords could not come out of the woodwork a century later to claim lands from their Norman conquerors.  

Make sure you get the deal of the century I guess.

We’ve been very particular about what the next house should have for us to move and we found one in one of our ideal neighborhoods that’s close to mid century modern (our biggest hurdle in finding a second home in our price range) but needs at least $100-$125k of work to get it to our dream home and cover any unexpected finds.Could I share the listing here and get advice on what an offer should be?
