Wisconsin Wholesaling Real Estate

Posted

Hey everyone, this is my first post.  I am thinking about getting my feet wet in wholesaling real estate.  I was wondering if there were any individuals located in Wisconsin that would be willing to share some info cause I have so many questions!

Understand that in WI if you do not have a license you cannot transact more than 5 in 3 years or 10 in 5 years otherwise you are considered to be brokering and are required to have a license per state law. the law specifically calls out "an interest in real estate" this is the contract you wish to sell, also if you show the property, or market the property and not just the contract you are with out a doubt brokering. be careful out there.
