Meeting Possible Broker Advice

I am currently in Omaha, NE completing my Real Estate License courses and doing my research early on a possible broker to work with. I have a meeting set up to talk with them about joining the team, but I would like your expert advice!  I want to be prepared, so  what are some good questions to ask? Anything I should look out for during the meeting?  Is there anything you as full agents wanted to know/ wish you knew before you went with a certain company?

In addition, I am looking into Century 21, Berkshire Hathaway, EXP Realty- Any suggestions or other companies I should be open too?

Thank you so much!
