Recently, bought a house in Auction that have everything still there, clothes, furniture, shoes, photos on wall and dressers, food in kitchen, vacuums, and all personal items.

Landlord insurance coverage would not pay for the loss of the tenant's personal items during a claim.You can require it and it's a minimal amount of money considering the cost of furniture, computers, and such.

It'd then come down to personal properties without titles such as jewelry, various tools/gear, furniture, etc.Currently, some assets are titled in both or our names.
