Newbies from Spokane

Hello All!

I stupidly responded to a Craigslist ad for REI, while investigating their spiel I stumbled on this site, and I am so glad I did!!

In short, we are looking for Investors, Partnerships and Opportunity.

My husband and I have been remodeling a home outside of Spokane. We have buyers at our doorstep and the house isn’t even finished. Looks like we are moving home! With this being said, we’d like to take this opportunity to start our future in Real Estate Investments.

With over 9 years experience in general construction, including stints in fire and mold restoration, apartment remodels, handy man service, pole buildings, framing, ect- my husband is ready to get his GC license in the next couple of weeks.

I have stayed home with the kids for almost 2 years, but serve as a Professional Assistant working from home and fill my time reading up on entrepreneurship and REI. My goal is to find an investor or realtor to work with to learn the business from inside before eventually obtaining a Real Estate License. (Heck, I'd be happy cleaning out properties to find cool furniture to rehab!)

Whether you are looking to team up with a reliable GC, a Personal or Administrative Assistant, like minded newbies, ect… we are a powerhouse couple committed to this endeavor. We have tons to offer!

You'll see us at an upcoming REIA meeting we've signed up to attend. But with the pending sale of our current home, we need to get moving quick and partnering ASAP!
