I just watched a Youtube video of a lady who bought a House on the East side of Florida and when she received the updated Property Tax bill that tripled, she put the house up for sale and is moving back to North Carolina.

Hi Daniel,Here's what I would do- Avoid courses.Talk to successful STR owners in your area and ask a lot of questions.Watch the main STR shows on YouTube including Bigger Pockets, Jesse Vasquez and those that show the caliber of the homes, ie Levi Kelly.  

So what you are paying for is the time-savings of having it spoon fed to you versus hunting it down across BP, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

Hi Scott, if you have some time I teach a Section 8 series for Miami Association if Realtors. it’s on their YouTube channel.You don’t need to register in advance if you are purchasing a property that already has a tenant using Section 8 you would just fill out a vendor application and the owner would sign a change of ownership.
