It's Go Time!
Hello,
I am 33 in Mobile, AL, and I've been listening to different podcasts and video creators for a few years, and I now think I have the funds together to get started. I'm mainly interested in the BRRR method and in small multi-family, but all the strategies seem exciting to me, and I may want to try each at some point! The overall goal is financial independence and educating and setting my boys up for success in their futures. Probably my biggest obstacles are that I am moderately risk-averse and am easily given to Analysis Paralysis. I would love to self-manage as many nearby units as I can but am open to investing with management and long-distance, as well.
To sum up, I don't know which direction I'm going just yet, but I'm ready to go! xD
