Go find the law to look at it and stop asking for opinions from strangers around the country.

Basically a stranger is living there free... this sucks!

I am definitely confident I can find the deals, and I know my husband can do the work...I guess it's a little intimidating thinking about asking a stranger to trust you with a large sum of money.

Doesn't matter if it's true or not: a good person doesn't vent their frustrations to a stranger, particularly one whom they are trying to impress (i.e. me!).

(How about a farm in Northern CA that you couldn't get to because all the pot farmers on the access road shoot any strangers?

Obviously, it could be informal and rely on trust, but I don't like this at all and would rather give my lenders the same security I would give a stranger.
