A good video surveillance system supplements human guards to be more impactful—but cost-effectively.

Your goal is to get a qualified body in the unit ASAP paying you so you don't have to pay out of pocket.   

There were a number of break-ins during the evacuation, about six of them on the part of human miscreants and 15 on the part of bears. 

Just spitballing more ideas: become a real estate agent, or an appraiser, or a home inspector, or volunteer at Habitat for Humanity building houses, join a local investors meetup, or non-local meetup for that matter if they have zoom! 

Humans are resilient.

It can assist and some parts of it can be but you need human interaction. 

The only real disadvantage is there is a governing body to answer to if you're into shady business practices.

I've already saved a report earlier today, so I know not human error ;) I've tried starting over, logging in and out etc.

Its just being human, things happen, parts are delayed, BUT having some incentive in there will  make sure that they aren't stringing your job along because they just aren't on top of it or they had a different job popup they want their people on.Workmanship and warranty- just stating that all work will be completed to code and what type of warranty is expected.Clean up- this is included in the scope of work, but is often missed or is a surprise bill after the  fact.
