Rental report calc broken

Anyone else having trouble saving a Rental Analysis report? I've been trying to save for over an hour and no luck. Using this URL - https://www.biggerpockets.com/... I've already saved a report earlier today, so I know not human error ;) I've tried starting over, logging in and out etc. Just stuck ;(
