Currently, we rent an apt but I stumbled upon the BP website and was inspired to begin planning our investing journey. 

If a property does come ON the market "below" market value it usually get bid closer to actual market value.If you are looking for inspiration on how to be successful @ finding those "off" market deals, take a listen to a variety of podcasts.  

Make sure they have your best interest at heart and are genuinely interested in a long term business relationship and not just selling you a few properties for a quick profit.Thanks and have a great day.

I thought it might be inspirational to some members to see that you don't always need a lot of marketing dollars to score big.

The best way to partner with a private lender is to have them come to you.If the presentation you are considering is for people that you do not know well make sure you keep it genuine.

I've listened to many of the podcasts, which was the main reason I joined, but I've also started using the actual site and blog as resources, which inspired me to say hello.My family has been involved in real estate for quite some time.
