Personally, I've just got 20 gallons of gas in cans for the generator, and the third gas grill propane tank filled....no extra amounts of water, canned foods, etc.

No one was injured.It appears that the tenant was grilling on the back covered porch and storing small propane canisters nearby although they deny this.

Some ideas I thought of was a dog park, community garden, and grilling/picnic area. 

Possibly add a built in grill for communal use.

We want to learn from property managers and expand use cases look at stats like how many people are using on site pool, report any safety hazards at the pool, people using various amenities like outdoor grills, dog park, walking trails etc.

Grills may not be kept or used on the wooden decks.

We're happy with our condo investments.In FL, condo living for tenants is desirable, because they can get amenities that SFRs in that price range don't have - secured/gated entry, pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, waterfront views, jogging trails, BBQ stations, car wash facilities, party rooms, boat facilities, etc.
