Sending Yellow letters to LLC, Trust, Inc, etc

I am very new to wholesaling and I've found that once I look up addresses for vacant homes there are some with a person's name then there are a lot belonging to LLC, INC, Trust, Holding groups, etc. I just want to market plain ol' wholesaling for the time being, no banks, foreclosures, etc... Thanks!
