For those that have done postcards, which stamps do you purchase?

YOU need a stamp and a real engineer.

I grew up In an environment where having food stamps public housing and section 8 or other government programs was the norm. however, now my family and I live in Coral Springs fl, which is consider an upper middle class neighborhood. Anytime I go back to those neighborhoods and see those that are still left that I can consider friends there’s always this look, or a sarcastic comment or something.Anyway, the point!

My problem is I don't have 2-4 hours per night and all weekend to myself to drive around, buy lists, or stamp envelopes.

What if you put it in your mailbox and the mailman misses your pickup or it just doesn’t get date stamped? 

Check and see if the drawings have the Architect's Stamp on them, or if they are just rough drawings.

although there can be an issue with title insurance down the track.. as there is a ton of fraud out there .. so its best to have that little stamp on your docs prepped by a title co or a lawyer so you dont run into title insurance issues down the track
