Did you refinance out fo the first one, and do a that one time restoration?

Maybe a co-working space or professional like a builder/remodeler, real estate brokerage, mortgage broker, therapist, chiropractor, massage therapy, dentist, doctor etc.

I am looking at a duplex which is in a historical restoration area in my city.I have a contractor who’s done multiple historic renovation in this area.

I've been in the hot rod and restoration industry for 15-16 years and have been looking into real estate for the past 3-4 years.

Since 2013 I lived in the house restoring the original hardwood floors, windows and doors, remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen.

If you say no, they can proceed regardless as long as they buy, install, and restore back to normal.Sometimes being a landlord is as simple as picking and choosing your battles.

They get used when people first move in, but after that they just get used to massage sore muscles with the jets.
