I'm so excited to be a part of this community! I've been following the podcasts for a while and started reading some of the books offered up by BP and am so eager to finally network with all of you, the ones that make this community what it is.

A little about me - My name is Dan I am born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Spent most of my life here minus the 8 or so years I lived down in Southern California during and after my enlistment in the Marine Corps. I'm looking to get started in residential properties, I don't necessarily have a preference for single vs multi-families at this point. But I am interested in any market in the country as long as I can make great connections along the way, and we can all share some success while doing it. Cheers!
