Of course character is paramount as well.

They claim it's the highest form of reading you can do, and something I've tried on several topics, a skill I have found incredibly useful and even more important that the speed at which you read, something I haven't prioritized in a long time and why I'm not at 1,750wpm any longer (I also don't like to pace which is where you fly your finger across the lines of text like the Matt Damon character does in GOOD WILL HUNTING, which if that were real, it is what reading at 5,000wpm looks like. 

I know the type of character she has, and I don't think she would have stayed with them so long if they were shady.

They have so much charm & characters.

For example, AirBnB gives a Max of 500 characters in the property description section, and although you don’t have to use it all, 480 characters and above gives you the best possible chance in the algorithm.

If you are buying from an owner who has lived there for a while, you pull on heartstrings about how you want to live in or renovate their house but keep the character of it so that their legacy persists.

Though I'd guess that you're a nice guy and give some people the warm and fuzzies, the thing that you want people to invest in is your character and competence.  

It affects every other facet of their character and I would take integrity over hustle, experience, marketing, and other skills.

Anything from soft/hard skills, character traits, services, etc.

That added a lot of character to the build.
