Marketing, if done correctly is the best way to generate capital in this business.Obviously you have to know what to do once you find the deals, but knowledge is something you have to have no matter what you decide to do with your money.If you have marketing money, and the mount you are working with is definitely more then enough I would put it towards things like Direct Mail.
