so I looked at a deal today in PDX... all in 35k a door to build including land.. 100 mirco apartmetns on ta 3500 sq ft lot  LOL... there is no parking requirements etc.. 200 sq ft each rent 900.

all brand new... I am looking at doing this deal as the builder developer and then holding it.

Anyone have any experience with these I understand there is a lot of them in Seattle and probably SF.

going back to turn of the century these days.. but with PDX rents that sky rocked ( sure wish you bought her 5 years ago LOL if your buy and holder)... these are looking attractive.

The tiny house is cute but the reality of land use for those is pretty tough.
