I'm so excited to post for the first time to BP, and to join this vibrant community!

I actually count myself very lucky to have access to this very rich and vibrant market.

We turned a habitually late payer to paying on time!   

And it seems Mayor Michael Tubbs must've stumbled onto my post and read it (or at least I like to think so) because big moves are happening with Stockton's Open Window Project.From the first page of the report (pay special attention to sections I emphasized):"The ‘Open Window Project’ (OWP) Master Development Plan (MDP) for Downtown Stockton proposes to create the framework, urban design standards and guidelines for the urban regeneration of the heart of the City transforming it into a vibrant, mixed use, mixed-income, pedestrian friendly neighborhood.The MDP envisions transforming 11.884 net acres on 51 individual parcels over 15 city blocks into a dense urban environment with as many as 1,400 new dwellings together with retail stores, live/work lofts, and work spaces.

There are plenty of areas where the real estate market is vibrant such as Barboursville and Teays Valley. 

Cooper-Young, a historic district, offers charming bungalows and a vibrant music scene, drawing young professionals and families.

West Adams has been supposed to gentrify for a long time - beautiful Victorian housing stock, vibrant history, central, convenient to freeways.  

Ask yourself, what you want to drive by in 5 years and say "that's my legacy"...a vibrant, health focused, community gardens, natural foods, artisan cheese (and bread!)

I’d much prefer to do that in a vibrant city, where I still have a lot of things I can do.
