Nothing sells here in the coalfields..

Nothing is selling here in the coal fields of WV. However, the rental market is really good. My question is, knowing I can buy cheap and rent with my long term goal being to eventually sell, Is this a reachable goal with our real estate market?

This is very dependent on what area of West Virginia you are looking to invest. There are plenty of areas where the real estate market is vibrant such as Barboursville and Teays Valley.

Reach out to me with any questions, I'd be happy to assist.
