Some companies have thermal imaging equipment that can locate the nests in the walls.

Add new technology features such as a nest or similar thermostat/keypad entry.

Nest thermostats can be locked with a PIN, and you can set the specific range that it can be adjusted to.

Or talk with a financial advisor and talk to them about ways to increase a nest egg.

I realize I'm sacrificing time with this model but that's because I'm still growing the nest egg of investment money, and I've figured I saved enough on contractor costs to have longer holding costs.

If you have a nest egg that allows you to do multiple properties at once, you wouldn't have this need.
