Why do you love your Brokerage?

Good afternoon, 


I'm a new agent and I'm looking at picking a Brokerage company to work for. I already interviewed one that I really like but I'm curious why everyone chose the brokerage they work for and why they enjoy working in that brokerage firm? Was it for the training, commission splits, environment? I would love to hear your thoughts.

What's your goal? The brokerages core values and goals should align with yours. If you want to be an investor and are surrounded by concierge service type agents you are not going to benefit from it. A flower blooms because of it's environment, not because it doesn't want to
