IMO, proper delivery of the notice is more important

Yeah.....not gonna happen.This wouldn't phase me one bit....not any more than renting to a pharmacist....or a guy that works at a liquor store......drives a beer delivery truck...or is a drug rep for the company that makes Oxycotin.If he works in the medical Marijuana business, there is ZERO motivation for him to grow anything at home.....and ZERO profit in doing so.

Have the buyer pick up and remove or many places offer haul off free and delivery for reasonable price.Do not however sign a contract with the services that offer to manage coin laundry they are typically very one-sided contracts and not for the landlord....
