Texas - TAR - Using TAR documents but not being a member of TAR

On several of the TAR documents there is a clause like the below

USE OF THIS FORM BY PERSONS WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® IS NOT AUTHORIZED.

I am assuming I can still use the documents with permission from my realtor seeing that my contract is a TAR and she is a member of TAR.  I want to make sure though maybe to play it safe on documents such as a NOTICE TERMINATING RIGHT OF OCCUPANCY I should use something else?
