I remember hearing something similar from @Dawn Brenengen on a Biggerpockets podcast , granted that was in 2014.

I started listening to Bigger Podcasts few weeks ago and it dawned on me that my sweat equity in my other rentals is stagnant. 

Do you always include them dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and range microwave?

Dishwasher should probably be left.

For the most part the cost won't change based on the size of the home unless you are jumping up to a custom home with a Viking stove or something.So put together a package for stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave both in SS and not. 

Finishes look ok but kitchens look awful tight on counter space and I see no dishwashers. 

@Dawn Quinn so you just go in LinkedIn and search for your applicant's name to see if their jobs on the application match their jobs on LinkedIn?
