A lot of the middle class population moved to Grovetown and the next county over Columbia County, so I was told they are trying to bring people back.  

I am looking in Missouri, mostly Columbia or Kansas City areas.

You can get good cash flowing properties in either Columbia or Richmond Counties, usually higher in the latter. 

Had I only seen that yesterday I could have travelled to Columbia for a workshop with Greg on house flipping!
