So this is going to be my 1st purchase. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to rent it or flip it. Plus I can't tell if this is a good deal or not. But the house is going for $65,000.00 has 3 beds 2 baths with 1,950 sqft. I found the house on Zillow the address is 8022 Springpond Rd. Columbia, Sc. The house definitely need work done. I've looked at comps in the area and I think I can get 120,000.00 with a little rehab. I contacted a realtor threw Zillow but I didn't know the right questions to ask to know if this is a good deal or not. So I'm asking the bigger pocket community what are questions I need to ask the realtor to know if I'm wasting my time and need to move on. And can someone look at the property on Zillow and tell me what they think?
