After all you dont start out in the major leagues, you need to work your way through the minors first

We have minor league baseball, basketball now, hockey, and indoor football.

I have started looking at much bigger buildings these days and the roofs, big boilers, and the copper risers can be very expensive to replace.Playing in the big leagues can be fun and you can make money, but when you have a major system problem is it major money.

Philly is leagues different from the market here, and much more affordable to start as an investor.
