Electrician and handyman in Spartanburg

I just purchased my first investment home in Spartanburg, SC and am in the middle of repairs. I need to rewire this home and am looking for an investor friendly electrician for this job. Also need a handyman for some misc work like replacing doors. Any suggestions?

I used Hobby Electric for my last total rewire. Not the cheapest, but they were on time, did a good job and no overages. They "specialize" in older homes. Would use again.
