Thsi company is bad.They never mentioned anything about the money made from recruiting was a large source of the income.

When the market went down, I allowed my license to become null and void and relocated back to Ft Lauderdale and started a full time job as a Physician Recruiter.

I wouldn't talk to the head broker first though because they're always trying to recruit new agents and might not give you an unbiased response.  

My next endeavor in Real Estate happened in 2007, when I was recruited to work for Sivage Homes as a builders sales representative.

They had by far the best presentation for new recruits.

One hour info session is designed to entice new recruits to buy weekend long boot camp training.

I checked him out on LinkedIn and it seems like he's making his living more as a recruiter than a Realtor.

A quick phone call to an Army Recruiters office may help also.
