I've been in Real Estate since 2005 while living in Tampa where I worked with several investors. I was just starting out then and had little to no experience in the market. Within a couple of months, I was able to quit my regular job to focus on my passion full force! Within months, I joined an investing group such as this and learned a heap of knowledgeable tools that propelled me through at a quicker pace than expected. When the market went down, I allowed my license to become null and void and relocated back to Ft Lauderdale and started a full time job as a Physician Recruiter. As I started getting back in the swing of things, I realized I had to get back in Real Estate/Investing, there was a gap that needed to be filled, I felt lost!  So I retook the course, passed my exam got back my License and is now ready to go!!  I am happy that a friend introduced me to this site. Already I can feel my heart flutter on my first visit, because I see great potential! My goal is to become an Investor. This is an avenue that I would enjoy taking a stroll down as it never ceases to amaze me!
