 Like the title states..iv those qualifications at the Minimum.Im a very excited and motivated "Learning" Investor.Id Love to start Networking and speaking with people (esp in my area/Metro/Wayne County Area Michicgan) I posted about my Experience in Construction Not only to speak of my qualifications and "advantages" i may have over other beginner investors but also bc like i said im excited & MOTIVATED to learn every bit i can and get my first Deal on its way!

The question is are you looking to owner occupy (Appreciation), Flip or Cash Flow as a rental will determine whether Point Breeze fits your buy in and also based on your qualification to finance a mortgage(s).

You pay yourself interest and they do not require any qualification other than you have to have enough money in your retirement plan to be able to borrow. 

It's tricky, but I would say no because they are still married regardless of qualifications.

It sounds like you need to talk to several mortgage providers to get their input on how the property will be valued, ] seasoning requirements, whether they will count the rental income, and your general qualification for obtaining a loan.  

A couple of points for the ad  Less words  Include: description e.g.  1 b/1 bath then specify  Included items wifi etc and  at the end qualifications. 

What I would suggest is if you're going to give advice please make sure you do so expressing the situation and the qualifications that support the statement.
