I have read nothing but horrible things on BP about east Cleveland.

This was the last incident that caused our attorney to change our management agreement that owners are to NOT contact the owners: An owner went to the house to have a chat with the tenant, the tenant told them where their new restaurant was and stop by anytime, they proceeded to also make a visit to the restuaraunt, where they talked horribly about the neighbor and what a "nutcase:" she was.

We have been working with realtors and have seen lots of properties, most either in horrible condition or have tons of bids on them Which we find out after we bid on them.

Is it in absolute horrible condition that below market rents are grossing at $3300 and they're asking $270,000?    

If you don't, it's horribly confusing and disheartening. 

I am not saying to make a horrible purchase, but if he can get a couple hundred dollars of cash flow and the location is good, I don't see the harm buying a $140K property.

I have not found anything yet but I do need to make sure that I calculating my deals correctly.My the numbers my calculations generated were horrible.

I'm concerned it's saving me too much time having only talked to 5 out of 50 calls, not to mention my response rate hasn't been horrible.  

Big banks tend to be ubiquitous at being horrible at speed and reliability. 

Then, the "lender" sent me some horrible looking email with grammar errors and really bad formatting.
