@Alexander Merritt  First, think about the type of life you'd like to lead (ex. not be woken up at night, enjoy college towns, etc.). 

Where there's smoke there's fire and upon additional diligence found his company didn't syndicate the deals they claimed and was operating what amounts to an unlicensed broker-dealer business.

You can enjoy both Tampa and Pinellas counties right across the bridge, lots of beaches, water activities, all kinds of events happening, pro teams like the Rays and Bucks and no state income tax.Happy to help talk through what your buy box would look like
