Thanks in advance for any info regarding getting rid of the trash/furniture left behind

I was lucky (maybe not so) that the seller included all the furniture with the sale.

All carpet and furniture will be removed during the rehab.

This entails sufficiently sanding/scuffing ALL the surfaces being painted... a very tedious, time-consuming process on raised-panel doors.Or, you could remove the doors and drawers, take them to a furniture refinisher or cabinet shop, and have them prepped or stripped (a lot of these shops have strip tanks which makes the process easy).

Then you can fit a reasonably-sized place to eat and normal living room furniture in the open space and save your guests embarrassment.

@Frank Sanchez, they are called "European floors" :-P.your 1,000 points question is when the paint you are using is going to cure.... please talk with your paint store... does it sticks to furniture items?
