I will recommend you to try Naugatuck and Waterbury because Danbury became expensive since all the New Yorkers came over during the pandemic increasing prices.

As you know, being a fellow New Yorker, our taxes are high despite our lower housing prices and of course it’s more of a tenant friendly state. 

New Yorkers like myself are fleeing during cold winter months.South of Fifth or West End seems like the spots based on my research.I am thinking of investing in Vermont if anyone can share advise about this?
