Hello BP World,

My name is Artem Lopatchenko and I am new to the real estate investing world.  I hope to purchase a rental property within a year, however from what I have been seeing, Danbury CT is very difficult to cash flow.  I would love to hear thoughts from some local members/investors on whether Danbury CT is a good place to start or if Naugatuck area would be a better start financially.  Any sort of advice or recommendations would be helpful.
