I have over a hundred rental units I own and operate in Utah everything from homes and condos to larger multifamily.Salt Lake County has higher property taxes and is basically built out already and Ogden even though you can find good opportunities in the long run it won't be able to compete with South Utah County or Eagle Mountain. 

I'm here on the Windward side if you are doing deals here in HI or in WA state.

I spent years there in Jackson did probably 1000 flip loans to locals and owned at one time 200 sfrs..

What are you accounting for when you say out of state investing requires more capital?

This is a way to state the rules are in reality the loser of the two.in your case it does not matter because your proposal would put you at 5 units which does not qualify for f/f non commercial financing.  

If you haven't already, respond to the foreclosure suit, and also try to get into mediation if you can (many states offer this).

Hello, It's Yusuke from Chicago.I heard that UWM is lending a HELOC not only on a primary residential but on an investment property.I own a rental property and would like to take a HELOC on investment property.The problem is that they don't work with borrowers directly and have to be through mortgage/loan broker.Is someone working with UWM (United Wholesale Mortgage) ?
