Service animals are ones that help those with seizure disorders, preform tasks, etc.

@Jay Hinrichs - Risk was high in the sense that it was a grow operation that could potentially have been subject to a federal seizure (Controlled Substance Act) that was an exclusion on the lender's title policy that I took out on the loan.

If they answer and say the dog alerts for seizures provides grounding techniques for autism or helps with mobility, etc, they should be allowed anywhere without any further "proof"

It allows you to maintain your home free from the possibility of seizure by certain creditors.

I went onto the clerk of court website here and was able to find a lot of Notice of Seizure filings.

Renovated it and got a contract in one day of being on the market.And now, I'm being told the buyer's can't get title insurance in order to finance it.After MANY phone calls and MUCH begging, pleading, and social engineering, I finally got through to an underwriter at one of these title companies and was told that, in order to issue title insurance, they would need:- Notice of Seizure- Notice of Sale with publisher’s affidavit attached.- All records of Seizure and sale of Real Estate (explaining in detail how the sale was conducted/advertised, etc.)- Seized Property Sale Report- Special order of the secretary that permitted the sale of this property in Missouri rather than where the land is located.- Evidence no redemption was filed.- Copies of notice to all judgment creditors whose liens may be extinguished by the sale.I have been unable to get a response from the IRS Agent that handled this sale, so...  

However my concern is if the trust owns US based assets, it does not matter where the trust resides as a judge may completely bypass the trust and order a seizure of the reachable US assets.

As soon as the eviction is filed and underway, then the police cannot move forward with the seizure.
