Again this is a unique situation because the city that you are helping people move to has a military installation which will eventually reciprocate to your city.

I respect that my investor clients are in the businesses to make money, and reciprocate.

I thought NJ didn't have reciprocity with any state.

Because I’ll be moving to CA would it make more sense for me to take the RE courses for CA and get licensed in CA now and then just take the WA state RE exam afterwards because CA reciprocates with WA and not the other way around?
