You can be proud of yourself, you have been working hard, were resilient to challenges and kept evolving, adapting and pushing on - looking back you have accomplished a lot in a relatively short period of time!

I’m currently starting to save up money to buy my first property, however I plan on looking into Florida for this first purchase.

When the time comes to take the money I plan on looking at my tax bracket and maybe trying to take withdraws across two years to lower the taxes if possible. 

Credit score is above 750 with no debt so I’m thinking I should be a good candidate for getting a loan (which I planned on looking Into around February).

I will keep on looking

My only concern based on looking at the old pictures is did they make all the necessary repairs?
